The Opportunity

ForHousing is seeking three new Board Members to join its ambitious Board and help shape the organisation's future and strategic objectives.

Technology & Digital

The successful candidate will initially join as a Co-opted Board Member, bringing strategic expertise from a customer-facing sector and insight into:

Artificial intelligence
Cybersecurity
Digital transformation
Emerging technologies
Technology that can enhance customer outcomes

Other Board Opportunities

ForHousing is also recruiting for:

Treasury & Refinancing

Strategic-level experience in treasury management and refinancing.
Experience with hedge accounting would be advantageous but is not essential.

Senior Independent Director

Significant board-level, governance, and regulated-sector experience.
Ability to support the Chair, Committee Chairs, and Board Members.
Provide independent oversight and challenge.
Initially join as a Board Member, with succession to the SID role planned from May 2027.
Remuneration will increase upon succession to the SID role.
