Role Overview

The company is seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers across:

Backend Engineering

Frontend Engineering

Full Stack Engineering

Data Engineering

The role involves designing scalable systems, improving performance and reliability, participating in architecture decisions, and collaborating within a fully remote English-speaking team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Build backend services, APIs, and modern frontend systems

Optimize system reliability and application performance

Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams

Mentor junior engineers when needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:

Backend Engineering (C#, .NET, Node.js, Java, Python)

Frontend Engineering (React, Angular, Vue)

Full Stack Development

Data Engineering (ETL pipelines, big data tools)

Strong understanding of:

System design

Scalable architectures

REST APIs

Distributed systems

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Candidate Requirements

Near-native or fluent English communication skills (C1/C2 level)

Ability to work effectively within fully remote international teams

Previous experience working with U.S. or international organizations preferred

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience

Experience working within distributed remote engineering teams
