About the job:

Bizmoni is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as our Finance team to work close with our CFO as Head of Capital Raising and Investor Relations / Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will collaborate with us, become a shareholder, and join our Team.

We are seeking someone with a wealth of experience in fundraising with the needed dynamism to help propel our company towards growth and success.

• Fluent in English and proficient in in a second language is preferred such as Spanish and or Portuguese
• You are organized and out-of-the-box problem solver, spontaneous, creative, and able to go straight to the point.
• You are disciplined and able to work remotely, IF YOU ARE NOT, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
• You are eager to reach goals and make things happen.
• You have a Personal Computer with a Camera and a stable and reliable internet connection.
• You love to move up your sleeves and get things done.
• You are social and ethically responsible.
• You understand that the new money is EQUITY, and you have the drive to build a Business with others, IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
• You are open to take Risks
• You commit for 8 hours per week up to a possible 16-hour max. If you do not have the available time, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher with relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in Raising Capital an Investor Relations in the USA, UK and Middle East.
• Used to deal with investors, brokers, venture capitalist, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
• English is a must, Spanish and Portuguese a plus
• Comfortable working in a remote STARTUP environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized
• Proven track record in raising funds in SEED and Series A
